With over 20 years of experience, including roles ranging from Head of Data Engineering to Enterprise Data Architect, Rob’s expertise spans Data Strategy, Business Solutions, and the seamless integration of Data Science applications into organisations.

Most recently, Rob orchestrated the migration of on-premise systems to AWS Cloud, employing Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure ML studio. Whilst at Esure Insurance, Rob led the shift from monolithic setups to Cloud architecture, implementing AWS Data Lake and championing Data Governance/Quality frameworks.
