A dynamic Combined Arms and Air Land Integration specialist with extensive infantry experience as a JTAC-E and Fire Support Team Artillery Observer Commander. Known as ‘Woz’ to his colleagues, he is also an Army Reservist with a proven track record in force generation, project management, and simulation program delivery.

In his role at 1st Regiment Royal Horse Artillery, Warren delivered force generation cycles and readiness evaluations for operations, demonstrating expertise in ground-based targeting, acquisition, and surveillance systems. He served as a Training JTAC-E at 1st Artillery Brigade, overseeing a simulation program that saved over £4,000,000 of live aircraft hours. Woz is a qualified JTAC, JTAC-I, and JTAC-E.

From his early role as a Unit Training Warrant Officer to his progression from Gunner to Staff Sergeant in the Royal Artillery, Warren's career reflects his leadership, expertise, and adaptability in challenging operational and training environments.
